Fiona Philips

The former GMTV host, 59 took to twitter to let her fans know of her symptoms.

She urged her fans not to panic in the post which read: “I am in bed with #coronvirusuk.

“It’s not a very pleasant bedfellow, but nothing more than sore throat, dry cough, headache & tiredness.

“As long as it stays that way….DON’T panic!”

Idris Elba

The 47-year-old actor confirmed his positive status for the virus on a post to twitter on March 16.

Idris posted a video to his twitter making his fans aware of his positive diagnosis where he said that he had “no symptoms so far.”

But after he found that he had been in contact with someone who had tested positive, he self-isolated himself.

Olga Kurylenko

French actress best known for starring in the Bond film Quantum of Solace confirmed she had tested positive for the virus.

But, in an Instagram post on Mother’s Day the actress revealed she has completely recovered.

After spending two weeks in isolation she said: “By the end of the second week I felt totally fine.”

Tom Hanks and wife Rita Wilson

Tom and wife Rita confirmed they had both tested positive on March 13 in a post across his social media.

In the post he said: “We have COVID 19 and are in isolation so we do not spread it to anyone else.”

He added the couple are taking the diagnosis “one day at a time.”

Kristopher Hivju

The 41-year-old actor who plays Tormund in Game of Thrones is self-isolating in Norway with his family after Kristopher tested positive for COVID-19.

Kristopher, known for his red hair and beard the actor was diagnosed on March 17.

Linda Lusardi

Linda confirmed she has coronavirus and is “extremely ill”.

The 61-year-old former Dancing On Ice star told a fan: “Sorry Kerry. I am extremely ill with Corona at the moment.”

Rachel Matthews

Frozen 2 star Rachel Matthews revealed she experienced painful symptoms after she tested positive for the deadly bug.

The 26-year-old wrote: “I tested positive for COVID- 19 and have been in quarantine the last week.

“Unsure of what the next step is but obviously will remain in quarantine until told to do otherwise.”

Daniel Dae Kim

Daniel Dae Kim, the Hawaii Five-0 alum and Good Doctor executive producer, also revealed he’d tested positive for the disease.

He posted on Instagram: “Hi everyone- yesterday I was diagnosed with COVID-19, the disease caused by the coronavirus.

“Looks like I’ll be ok, but I wanted share my journey with you in the hopes that you find it informative or helpful.

Placido Domingo

On March 22, Spanish opera singer Placido Domingo said he had tested positive for coronavirus.

He has now gone into self-isolation with his family.

Debi Mazar

Debi Mazar, the Younger and Entourage star, told her Twitter followers she has tested positive for COVID-19.

David Bryan

Bon Jovi keyboardist David Bryan announced he tested positive for COVID-19.

In a statement he said: “Please don’t be afraid!!! It’s the flu not the plague. I’ve have been quarantined for a week and will for another week.

“And when I feel better I’ll get tested again to make sure I’m free of this nasty virus.

“Please help out each other. This will be over soon… with the help of every American!”

Mark Blum

Mark Blum, perhaps best known for starring in Desperately Seeking Susan and Crocodile Dundee, died aged 69.

A statement released about his death confirmed he had died due to complications of the coronavirus.

Terrence McNally

Playwright Terrence McNally died on March 24.

Times critic Charles McNulty wrote: “Having survived the AIDS epidemic and lung cancer, he died of complications from coronavirus at age 81.”

Manu Dibango

Saxophonist Manu Dibango died on March 24 of an illness linked to the coronavirus, according to his music publisher. He was 86.

Chef Cardoz

Chef Cardoz, who competed on Top Chef and won Top Chef Masters, died on March 25 of complications from the coronavirus.
