Dermot O'Leary delighted fans when he announced that his wife Dee Koppang is expecting their first baby.
And Dee has now taken to Instagram to thank fans for all their well wishes, as she admitted it was a "rocky road" to become pregnant.
The couple met in 2002, got engaged in 2011 and married the following year, with Dermot, 46, admitting he was ready to be a dad as long ago as 2015.
On Tuesday night Dee, 41, shared a picture of the two of them looking loved-up on the red carpet of the nominees party before the BAFTAs on Saturday.
Their outing came just minutes after they'd announced their happy news.
Dee captioned the post: "Just wanted to say thank you so so much for all the lovely messages about our news…
"It's been a rocky road to get here, so I wanted to send lots of love to any of you who are on that journey.
"Hang on in there. Sending love.
"PS. This was us 10 minutes after dropping our news."
Back in 2015 Dermot said he was hoping to start a family with Dee soon.
He told Fabulous Magazine: "I definitely want kids, but I've got a very busy wife with a very busy life.
"It's not fair for me to say, 'I want kids now'. I do want kids with my wife, but I want them when we both think it's the right thing to happen."
Dermot shared the news on Instagram on Saturday by posting a picture of a sign that read: "Koppang O'Leary productions presents 'New Arrival'. Coming soon."
And he confirmed that the new arrival in question is their first baby, captioning the post: "We're pleased to announce that we’re expecting a little Koppang O’Leary… @deekoppangoleary."
