Gemma Collins has lost an impressive 2.5 stone following her time on Dancing on Ice at the start of year.
And despite adapting her diet as well as transforming her exercise regime, it appears there's another secret behind the TOWIE star's body transformation.
According to The Sun, Gemma is on weight loss plan SkinnyJab – which is an injection tailored to suppress people’s appetite.
The three-week programme costs £250, and is suitable for people aged 18- 76.
SkinnyJab's website describes the the programme as: "An appetite suppressant used in the SkinnyJab plan can regulate the glucose level in your blood, allowing your body to use your stored fat for energy.
"This means that you can safely consume small portions without experiencing the undesired effects of starvation mode."
The website also advises people not to continue with the programme once you have met your target weight.
Last month, Speaking to new! magazine, Gemma’s fitness instructor Vicky Young has now revealed exactly what Gemma’s body transformation involves.

I’ve been helping Gemma with her meals for about a month,” she revealed.
“We’re doing no sugar and low carbs. This way she’s still eating loads of stuff, but it’s healthy stuff. So for breakfast she’ll have poached eggs, avocado, tomatoes on sourdough, then lunch will be a big salad with kale, peppers and avocado, with either chicken or tuna steak.
"For dinner, I make her vegetarian curries, or sometimes it’s chicken and halloumi kebabs with peppers on a skewer with tzatziki salad.”
Gemma’s diet overhaul also involves snacking on boiled eggs instead of chocolate, and avoiding carbohydrates after 6pm – and Vicky says it’s done wonders for the star’s mind, too.
