Katie Price and her boyfriend Carl Woods have reportedly fallen ill after suffering a bad reaction to the coronavirus vaccine.

The 42 year old filmed herself having the jab over the weekend, with it being believed that her 31 year old boyfriend received his first dose of the vaccine at the same time as her.

Her eldest son Harvey, 18, received his second jab during the appointment, "suffering no ill effects" after being rushed to hospital after his first dose.

A source close to the couple revealed: "Katie and Carl went to get their first jab when Harvey had his second one.

"They are delighted that Harvey is fine this time but they both feel really terrible with a fever, nausea and fatigue.

"Both of them have had really achy arms and Katie is still struggling with the pain now.

"Katie hates having injections but realised she needed it to be able to get back to normal and go on holidays.

"She is feeling unwell at the moment and constantly sick but can’t wait for the side effects to subside," the insider continued to tell The Sun Online.

Katie herself spoke to the publication after Harvey — who is partially blind, autistic and has Prader Willi syndrome — received his second dose of the Oxford/AstraZeneca vaccine.

The former glamour model said: "I am in awe of the NHS — they are amazing, without them Harvey would not be here today.

Katie took to Instagram at the weekend to share a video of herself having her first Covid jab, despite her fear of needles.

In the clip, the mum-of-five could be seen sitting down with her sleeve rolled up and a nurse administering the vaccination.

She closed her eyes and breathed out as the needle went inside of her arm. Katie captioned it: "Finally had my 1st covid and I hate needles but it actually was over before I could start playing up [sic]."
