Oakley Taps Antonia to Revive Its Multifaceted Coyote Boot

The Coyote boot has long been one of Oakley’s most famed footwear silhouettes. Born over 20 years ago, the high-top boot became renowned for its effortless ability to adapt to its surroundings, whether that be a trail, or the streets.

Now for Fall/Winter 2021, the label has teamed up with Italian boutique Antonia for an elevated take on the shoe — all the while preserving its unmistakable original Oakley DNA.

Designed to function like a sneaker but boast the qualities of a performance walking boot, the reworked Coyote houses lightweight Cordura, rugged nylon laces, EVA midsole and a slip-resistant rubber outsole.

Its premium beige suede upper has been decorated with flecks of colorful paint, while the boot is rounded out with a hand-painted Antonia logo on each heel, giving each pair its own uniqueness.

Set to drop in extremely limited quantities, the Antonia x Oakley Coyote boot will be available from Antonia Milan, as well as its online webstore.

In other news, nonnative has dropped its latest capsule, in which outerwear firmly takes centre stage.
