Aldi is selling pet stairs to help your dog climb onto the sofa or bed

ALDI is selling mini pet-sized stairs to make it easier for your dog to join you on the sofa or bed.

Thesupermarket is selling two versions of the steps priced at £12.99 as part of the chain's "big pet event" which launches tomorrow August 20 in store.

One comes lined with Sherpa fabric and the other a soft plush fabric.

As the items have already have already sold out online it's likely that they will be popular with shoppers.

With specialbuys there is only limited stock in store, so remember that you need to be quick if you want to buy them.

The product is perfect for older dogs who might need a bit of help getting up to the sofa or the bed.

Pets that are still little and can’t make the jump, or those with shorter legs.

The stairs open up to offer storage inside too.

The product description reads: “Sometimes our pets just need that helping hand to hop up onto their favourite spot, whether that's the sofa or your bed!"

"These Sherpa Pet Stairs with storage are perfect for helping them up, ready for that much needed snooze."

We checked online and couldn't find any similar products cheaper.

But there are plenty to buy on Amazon as well as Me&MePets.com that are under £20.
