A former glamour model is reportedly suing police for £200,000 after a cop used a helicopter to film her.
Tracy Dixon says she has never been told how many times she was spied on, and accused South Yorkshire Police of invading her privacy.
It comes after Adrian Pogmore, 53, was jailed for a year in 2017 after it emerged he used a hi-tech camera to zoom in on her as she sunbathed nude.
Her three daughters – the youngest aged just eight – were in bathing suits at the time.
Disgraced Pogmore zoomed in on the mum-of-three's genitalia as he hovered overhead, it emerged.
Now the Daily Mail reports that Ms Dixon, 54, has issued a writ against her local police force.
Speaking on Good Morning Britain in 2017, the mum-of-three said she was horrified to learn what had happened.
She said: "The footage was taken in 2007 from the family home we shared. It came to the police’s attention in 2015.
"I got a phone call from South Yorkshire Police who said they needed to see me about an incident.
"Funnily enough when they came they started asking questions with regards to a helicopter I immediately said are they videoing me.
"I knew before they spoke. They were over my house for a couple of years, three or four times a week but I thought I was on some sort of flight path.
"At the time I was sunbathing naked with my two children either side of me, 15 and 18 at the time, and they had bikinis on. My youngest daughter Florence, who was only 8 at the time, was also caught on camera in a bikini."
Ms Dixon was only shown one tape but believes there are more out there and that it wasn't just a one off.
The former page 3 model said what she used to do for a living should have no impact on Pogmore's crimes.
