The "grateful" mum-to-be shared the happy news with her millions of Instagram followers via an emotional pregnancy reveal.
But she explained it hadn't been an easy journey – with "quite a few" losses before she reached this point.
In a series of photos posted to her Instagram Story, Stacey first shared the news of her heartbreaking miscarriages, before posting video footage of the moment she finally underwent a successful scan.
Joe Swash also has a child from a previous relationship, named Harry, 13.

Joe welcomed Harry while engaged to his ex Emma Sophocleous. The pair started dating in 2005, but parted ways in 2008.
Stacey opened up on her blended family in the past while sharing a snap of little Zachary and Leighton hugging.
She penned: “It's always hard to split them up, but it's so important for them to spend special time and make memories with the rest of their families.
"No matter what negative, unhelpful things people may say or think, ignore it because they’re wrong. Don’t ever let it get you down. It doesn’t define you or your family.
She added: "I used to really beat myself up about not being able to offer them a 'normal', 'perfect' family all under one roof. Until I realised how normal, and perfect our family is for us.
"Seeing the way they are together reminds me that it’s all ok. Families come in all shapes and sizes and what’s important is that the love is there no matter where it comes from. We are not a 'broken family' in any way shape or form we are an extended family. And everyone loves an extension."
