Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan treated themselves on Thursday as they enjoyed a cosy night in on the first night of the national UK lockdown.

Being the gentleman he is, former TOWIE star Mark treated his stunning wife, who he married in 2015, to some delicious food courtesy of celebrity hotspot Sheesh.

Lucky for the couple, the popular restaurant is running a takeaway service during lockdown for foodies to enjoy their delicious cuisine while the dine-in option is off limits.

Mark 33, drove to the restaurant to pick up only the best for former Coronation Street star Michelle, who waited at home before the cosy date night.

Clearly impressed by the massive menu, Mark pulled up in his car before showing off the options of the night’s meal.

"Can you believe this?" Mark said as he showed off Sheesh's new addition on his Instagram stories.

The owner of the restaurant, Dylan Hunt, then took his order before delivering the food for him to take home in a massive box.

The restaurant owner said to Mark as he put the box in his car: "Ready for the king of Essex, tell the Mrs she ain't gotta cook tonight… especially for you Michelle.”

The couple enjoyed penne pasta, monk fish, wagyu burger patties and marinated chicken breasts as part of their night in.

It comes after Michelle made her feelings clear for the current pandemic after she stuck her middle finger up after new restrictions were announced.

In the picture, Michelle is wearing a bright pink hoodie, but the actress had a clear message to get across as she shared an emoji with a middle finger up.

Alongside the snap, the former Corrie star wrote: "Dear 2020… that is all. Bye x."

Clearly frustrated by Boris Johnson's decision to enforce tougher lockdown restrictions, Michelle's simple message says it all.
