Katie and Carl had been spotted picking up a marriage license and perusing in a bridal store whilst there, sparking excitement over an imminent ceremony.
On Tuesday Katie dropped another massive wedding hint, sharing footage from inside Caesars Palace's Romano Chapel on her Instagram story.
However, her Love Island star boyfriend later revealed that the couple were playing a prank and weren't actually tying the knot.
He told his followers: "I can confirm Katie Price and I are not getting married in Vegas and never was. However a $102 marriage licence caused pure carnage and got the media all excited and s**t."
Katie and Carl got engaged in April this year, setting the former model up for her fourth wedding.
From 2005 to 2009 she was married to singer Peter Andre, with whom she shares Junior, 16, and Princess, 14.
