Hunk Orlando Bloom has revealed he feels "grateful" every single day after a brush with death in a horror fall.

The Hollywood Icon fell three floors and crushed his spine, and narrowly escaped death and paralysis.

The Lord Of The Rings actor shared a photo of himself with a back brace which he had to wear for three months after the accident in 1998.

In another snap, he is seen riding a bike with another man, gin safety gear.

Orlando, 44, reflected on the narrow escape, which took place years before he received his big break as Legolas in The Lord Of The Rings trilogy which pushed him into stardom.

The star later appeared in Pirates of the Caribbean as Will Turner alongside Johnny Depp and Brad Pitt in blockbuster Troy.

But at the age of 21, there was a close call where all of that may not have happened.

Orlando, who is engaged to Katy Perry and they share a child together, says he is "grateful everyday" for his limbs that allow him to push limits and live life.

He wrote: "That’s me in my back brace circa 1998 about 3 months after I fell 3 floors and crushed my spine, narrowly escaping death and paralysis…grateful everyday [sic] for my limbs that allow me to push my limits and live life on my edge (safer now)."

Fans rushed to the comments after his confession.

His ex-wife, Miranda Kerr, who he shares 10-year-old Flynn, wrote: "So proud of you," with a love heart emoji.

The Carnival Row star also marked his daughter Daisy Dove's first birthday on Instagram with fans.

He shared a sweet photo on his Stories of a floral tribute in the shape of a number one to mark the occasion. He wrote over the snap: "The gift that never stops giving is the love of a child."

Orlando also recently caused a stir when he shared photos of himself skinny dipping and relaxing around a lake while nude.

Model Helena Christensen joked about those who were on the other side of the water.

She commented: "That family on the other side."
