X Factor star Honey G looks completely different to the woman we first saw appear on the ITV show.
While it's been six years since Honey G first appeared on our TV screens, fans will still be completely shocked at her new look after the star opened up on her whopping weight loss journey.
She's continued on her fitness regime, but something she loves taking part in now is triathlons, with Honey sharing her latest selfie on Instagram after completing another.
Sharing a photo where she donned cycling shorts and a fitted top with a medal around her neck, she captioned the snap: "I'm very proud of myself having now completed my third triathlon.
"I never knew I would become this passionate about a type of short and I have truly fallen into triathlon by chance."
She added "Thank you @eventsatw for motivating me and encouraging me to do your events. It's built m confidence a lot and helped me to believe in myself more and show me how capable I am."
She was inundated with messages of congratulations as people praised her for her impressive stint.
Honey's triathlon comes months after she opened up to Daily Star last year about her weight loss and said it gave her "confidence to put myself out there".
She celebrated getting into new trousers as she declared she was feeling "so good" following the new look.
Honey G famously walked onto the X Factor stage in a snapback and some chunky sunglasses and a blue zip up jacket as she explained that she wanted to do urban music and street style.
Her first performance saw Honey's rendition of Missy Elliot's' Work It – but it was weeks later when she released her own self-titled track that fans truly connected with the star.
Although fans were completely torn by the artist, she managed to sail through to the live shows and finished in fifth place in 2016.
Honey now runs in races and still does a lot of music, while fitting in time to do personal appearances alongside her busy schedule.
