As millions of people across the country prepare to live with a Love Island-shaped hole in their lives, E4 have announced the start date for the new series of Celebs Go Dating.
Celebs Go Dating will return for its seventh series — just days after Love Island ends.
A brand new batch of famous faces will go on the ultimate search for romance when the series hits screens on Monday 5 August.
Former Love Island stars Megan Barton Hanson and Jack Fincham will take part in the show alongside fellow reality TV veterans Lauren Goodger, Nathan Henry and Chloe and Demi Sims.
Lady Colin Campbell and Blue singer Lee Ryan will also look for love, which the newly-engaged Katie Price and Kris Boyson, Jermaine Pennant and wife Alice Goodwin and Charlotte Crosby and Joshua Ritchie will take part in couples counselling sessions.
The launch date of the new series was announced in a video which showed the unlucky in love celebrities shouting: “I’ve got a date!”
Former The Only Way Is Essex star Lauren ends the short clip, stating: “Celebs Go Dating is back and it is on Monday 5th August at 9pm! I can’t wait!”
It seems that Lauren may have found romance on the show, seemingly slipping up that she was dating co-star Jack.
She has now revealed she has grown close to one of her celebrity co-stars, ruling out Blue singer Lee Ryan.
When asked by new! magazine if she had been getting cosy with Lee, she replied “Er, wrong one!”
She continued: “I’ve known Lee for a long time. He’s a lovely guy but there’s absolutely nothing romantic in it.
“Everyone got that one wrong! If they knew the truth about who I really liked, they’d be shocked.”
Aside from Lee, Lauren’s male Celebs Go Dating co-stars are Nathan Henry — who is openly gay — and Jack, leading fans to believe she has been growing feelings for Jack.
Megan and Demi are also thought to have found love with each other, with a source telling The Sun Online: “It’s the real deal,” after they were photographed holding hands.
