Every year, the celebrities spend an extended amount of time away from their friends and family with no contact until they leave the camp. In an attempt to let loved ones know they are okay, the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! stars have taken to sending secret signals to those on the outside. Frankie Bridge is the latest star to have her signal exposed by her Loose Women co-stars.

Frankie’s ITV colleague Kaye Adams revealed she knew the Saturdays singer was coping due to a little shrug she did.

Speaking on Thursday’s episode, she explained: “So who has been paying close attention during I’m A Celeb this week?

“You might not have spotted this secret signal Frankie said she would send to let us know she was thinking of us loose ladies. Now are you watching?”

A clip of Frankie preparing to hear if she would be tackling a Bushtucker Trial was then shown.

In the video, the presenter could be seen shrugging her shoulders from side to side before being told she would not be facing the challenge.

Kaye explained: “See that little jiggle, did you see the jiggle of the shoulders?

“That is it. So she was practising before she went in. Here’s the proof.”

Another clip of Frankie was shown as she told the Loose Women panel which signal she would send to them.

Kaye laughed: “Don’t know what she was doing with her face though. Come on, let’s see it again.”

The ITV show then broadcast her secret signal once more before the panel tried it themselves.

It came after Frankie had a heated confrontation with fellow camp mate Naughty Boy over rice.

Naughty Boy didn’t believe it was being cooked properly and told Danny Miller: ““Rice pudding is supposed to be a sweet dish, that was difficult for me to eat.

“It’s not supposed to be rice pudding, it’s supposed to be rice that goes with beans.”

Frankie told him: ““You’re just coming into our camp and this was just what we did…”

The singer hit back: “No, this is our camp. That’s wrong what you just said.”

Frankie replied: “How have I ended up in a discussion over something that’s…”

Naughty Boy continued: “It’s not your camp,” as Frankie responded: “Don’t be like that.”

The musician added: “Don’t say things like you came to ‘our’ camp,” as Frankie walked off.

Naughty Boy sighed: “Frankie said something where it just implied we just joined their camp.”

The Saturdays singer later told Kadeena Cox she’d “rather not have rice” as she wanted to avoid confrontation.

I’m A Celerity… Get Me Out Of Here! airs every night on ITV at 9pm.
