Inside Chloe Ferry’s £1.1m ‘dream home’ as she gives fans a tour of the HUGE mansion

CHLOE Ferry has given fans a look around her £1.1million "dream home" – and it's a mansion.

The Geordie Shore star, 25, was absolutely chuffed when she revealed she'd been approved for a mortgage on her home.

Chloe filmed a tour round the house, starting with a huge skylight at the top of the stairs.

There are stairs leading down into the middle of the airy and light hallway, complete with polished floors and white walls.

Upstairs she previewed several rooms, boasting grey carpets and framing on the doorways.

Outside, she showed off how huge the mansion is, including huge floor-to-ceiling windows on both floors.

She also has massive outside space and a garden filled with potted plants across the plot of land.

Chloe revealed she'd secured her "dream house" by drinking wine on an Instagram video.

Chloe flaunted her hourglass figure and tiny waist in a black crop top and high waisted grey joggers as she celebrated new beginnings in her forever home.

She wrote alongside the picture on Instagram: "Just been excepted on my mortgage for my dream home. Celebration time f*** it it’s 5 o’clock somewhere."

The delighted star told fans all about her joy on her Instastories.

She gushed: "I've been accepted on my mortgage."

She added: "Obviously there was a little bit of doubt in the back of my mind, just because I'm getting the mortgage on my own and how expensive it is, but today I got is.

I'm going to have to open a bottle of wine tonight.

I need to celebrate, honestly, I feel the luckiest girl in the world.

I can't believe that I'm getting my dream home."

The Newcastle star is now one of the leading reality star's in the UK – and her hard work is clearly paying off.

Last April she broke down in tears after finally being able to buy her "dream home.

She also wrote alongside a teary picture: "Finally tears of happiness. That feeling when you were always told you weren’t good enough. But in reality you were more than enough. Never underestimate yourself!

"You can get anything you want in life if you want it enough! Never stop believing in your dreams."
