On Friday’s Good Morning Britain, ITV hosts Ben Shephard and Charlotte Hawkins were back to present the latest news headlines. Alex Beresford was also on hand to give viewers the latest weather report. The duo also spoke with former I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! star Caitlyn Jenner, who appeared in the jungle alongside Kate Garraway. However, the interview soon took a turn when they suffered a technical blunder with the audio.
As Caitlyn spoke via video link from her home in Malibu, she failed to hear what Ben was asking her.
The host went on to point out that Caitlyn was mumbling as he tried to move the interview on.
Viewers took to social media to share their thoughts on the interview, with many pleading with the hosts to “move on”.
User @BadSanta said: “This interview seems like a s**** time filler.”
Kev penned: “Bored of this, move on…”
While Dr Bruce asked: “Why is this news?”
Steve seemed to get bored of the interview, with Steve tweeting: “Too long…Move on.”
“Is there any point to this interview with Caitlin Jenner? #GMB” Darles commented.
Other viewers were loving the segment, with many tweeting, “I love Caitlyn.”
Julia wrote: “Never really heard an interview with Caitlyn, what a breathe of fresh air. Caitlyn for president.”
