Wujing (played by Chin Han) was one of the original Blacklisters taken down by Raymond ‘Red’ Reddington (James Spader) and his task force in the very first season of the hit NBC drama. Now The Blacklist is gearing up to return for its 10th season, Chin has made an exciting update from behind the scenes on his Instagram page.

Singaporean actor Chin has confirmed he will reprise his role as Wujing in the 10th season of The Blacklist.

In his latest Instagram post, he posed in front of a poster for the series at Sony Pictures Studios.

He captioned the snap: “Ready to rumble… again #theblacklist #jamesspader #wujing #season10 #twinning.”

The news comes as no surprise for fans who tuned in to the latest outing, which saw Red finally take out Marvin Gerard (Fisher Stevens).

The news comes as no surprise for fans who tuned in to the latest outing, which saw Red finally take out Marvin Gerard (Fisher Stevens).

In the finale, Wujing was handed a list of criminals from Marvin as evidence proving Red has been working as an FBI informant for the past few years.

He’ll soon be returning, presumably to take his revenge on the man who plotted his arrest back in the day.

Fans of The Blacklist were naturally thrilled to learn Chin will soon be returning to pick back up from the cliffhanger earlier this year.

Instagram user @mscourtoliviab replied: “Omg!!! This is going to be good! Can’t wait!!!!”

In the third episode of The Blacklist’s first season, Wujing is introduced as a high-profile Chinese criminal who comes to Red for help.

Unaware the criminal mastermind had begun to work for the FBI, Wujing is duped by undercover agent Liz Keen (Megan Boone) when he tries to decrypt a message from a murdered CIA agent.

She later ensures the criminal’s arrest by planting a tracker on his car when he tries to escape.

A decade on, Wujing will no doubt be furious at Red and, now Liz has been killed, could be trying to track him down to take his revenge.

Wujing’s return won’t be the only element from The Blacklist’s first season which will play a major role over the next episodes.

Season 10 will reportedly introduce Siya Malik, an MI6 intelligence officer and daughter of Red’s season one ally Meera Malik (Parminder Nagra).

Unfortunately, fans still have a little longer to wait for more secrets to emerge as filming has only just gotten underway in New York.

The Blacklist seasons 1-9 are available to watch on NBC in the USA and Amazon Prime Video in the UK.
